In a normal school year, ONFE serves 2.5 million school breakfasts. By donating and supporting Breakfast in Ottawa: ONFE’s Community Cookbook, you will be supporting K-12 students in every neighbourhood of the city, helping them start the day on equal footing with their peers.
While we were happy to have our program back in schools in September, we knew there were kids in the community in need of a nutritious breakfast to successfully start and move through their at-home school day.
We are distributing 2,000 kits per month, beginning on Monday, January 18th.
We are pleased to launch our 3-year partnership with the Capital Integral Charitable Foundation through their title sponsorship of Breakfast in Ottawa.
